Resident Program Information

Resident Camp for Home School, Year-Round, and Traditional School Children

Boys and Girls Grades 1-8

One and Two-week resident camp sessions are offered in the spring. The programs you used to only see in the summer are now available for Year-Round and Home School children. Campers can look forward to making new friends, planning their own day, learning new skills, skippering a sailboat, checking out a motorboat and building confidence!

Parents will be interested to know that character development is our foremost objective. We give your child a safe, nurturing environment, free from the distractions of television and other sources. Camp Sea Gull and Seafarer are owned by the YMCA of the Triangle Area and use the values of the YMCA in our programs. There is also a registered nurse on-site around the clock.
