Sea Gull and Seafarer Counselors

We select qualified staff who show evidence of responsibility, integrity, cooperation and teamwork. In addition, we employ only men and women who demonstrate a deep sense of commitment and moral character, and who can be strong, positive influences in campers' lives. It is imperative that we employ staff members who can be positive role models through example and leadership in activities designed to enhance both the physical and character development of children.
