Family Houses are long, one-story buildings that are separated into large rooms. Each room can sleep up to six in a combination of queen beds, singles and bunk beds. Each room is separate and private with its own entrance, bathroom and shower.
There is a front porch with rocking chairs and an outdoor charcoal grill. The bathroom has a dual vanity with sinks, a separate area for the shower and bathtub, and storage for personal items. Drawers and storage areas are provided. Each room comes with a kitchenette area with a coffee maker, microwave and dorm-style fridge. A small selection of mugs, plates, etc. is provided.
There is a TV, WiFi and air conditioning, plus a screened-in outdoor common area for board games or al fresco dining.
Several Family House buildings face the Neuse River, offering gorgeous views and quiet, tranquil moments in the rocking chairs.
Each room is clean, well-maintained, and all living areas are on one floor.
We have over a mile of shoreline on the Neuse River, a long pier and a small beach. You are welcome to bring small boats, such as Sunfish, canoes, kayaks or stand-up paddleboards to use on the Neuse or on our canoe lake.
On the Land, we have tennis courts, tetherball, basketball courts, 9 holes of golf (through Oct. 31) and open fields and spaces for play. You are welcome to bring any and all sports gear to play, including bikes.

Cabin Availability
Cabins are not available during the summer months or during Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year holidays.
Rental Agreement
Renters must be age 25 or older. Please read our rental agreement and cancellation policy before booking.

After you check availability, you can book a reservation. We require a $50 deposit when you make a reservation.
What's Nearby
While there is plenty to do at our Camps, we are located in one of the most beautiful parts of North Carolina. Oriental, Tryon Palace, New Bern, Croatan National Forest, Pine Cliff Recreation Area and Cedar Island are close by. The North Carolina Ferry System is a fun way to spend an afternoon on the water. Morehead City, Atlantic Beach and Beaufort are within easy driving distance as well.
Packing List
Our packing list is pretty simple and guests are welcome to bring personal fishing equipment, sports gear and car-top boats. Camp does not provide linens, kitchens, sports gear, boats, canoes, kayaks, SUPs, personal floatation devices, meals, or planned activities. Please keep all pets at home.
