Powerboating
Campers begin learning powerboating on Scouts in small groups and are always supervised by a Camp staff member who is US Powerboating Instructor trained.
Riflery
Campers start Riflery with safety classes on BB guns and .22 air rifles as well as range safety.
Sailing
Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer’s sailing fleet consists of Optis, Sunfish, Lasers, 420s, Flying Scots, Lightnings and Keelboats.
Sailing - Cruising
Once campers achieve the Small Boat Sailor Certification and are interested in cruising, the next step is the Flying Scot program.
Sailing - Racing
Racing is introduced while campers work on Sunfish and Opti small sailboats toward their Small Boat Sailor Certification.
Scout Merit Badges
If your camper is also a member of Scouts BSA, they can earn merit badges at Camp Sea Gull or Camp Seafarer.
Water Skiing
Water skiing includes two-skiing, kneeboarding, wakeboarding and slalom skiing. All ski boats are captained by USCG licensed powerboating counselors.
Zipline
Ziplines are an element of the high ropes course, the zipline is open to all campers. Each Camp has a four-person zipline.
