2025 Overnight Camp Registration
Registration is NOW OPEN for all 2025 Overnight Camp, Family Camp and Day Camp programs.
Please only register for one session of overnight camp - the session you most want to attend. If you'd like to be added to a waitlist for an additional session, call Camp at 252-249-1212.
2025 Registration Information
Waitlists
If the session of your choice says “Waitlist Available,” we strongly encourage you to sign up for that session. After you finish your registration, you can then call the Camp Office at (252) 249-1212 and inform them of other dates your camper may be able to attend. There is continuous movement on the waitlist, and we will contact you as space becomes available.
If the Family Camp Program of your choice says "Waitlist Closed," we encourage you to fill out this form to let us know of your interest. Camp staff will review form responses monthly and will contact you if there is an opening for your family.
Application Fee
We require an application fee at the time of registration to reserve a spot for your camper or family. This fee stands as a deposit toward the total cost of the session, with the remaining amount (program fee) due at a later date (see below). - Starter Camp: $250
- Mariners: $350
- First or Second Session: $500
- Family Camps: A one-time $50.00 Cabin Reservation Fee is due per group/ family to reserve your space.
Payment Deadlines
- Payment for all one, two and four-week overnight camp sessions is due March 1.
- Payment for the Spring Family Camp Weekend is due March 1.
- Payment for all other Family Camp programs (excluding Spring Family Camp Weekend) is due June 1.
**Final acceptance into Camp is subject to review. YMCA Camp Sea Gull and YMCA Camp Seafarer reserve the right to rescind enrollment.**
