Campers send home a letter a week through Bunk1 and are encouraged to send postal mail letters as well. Additionally Camp sends home counselor reports on how each camper is doing.
Unfortunately, we can't support the Bunk Reply option this summer.
You can find letters home from your camper, called Bunk Replies, and the opportunity to write letters to be delivered to your camper, called Bunk Notes, by clicking the envelope icon labeled "Notes" in the bottom right corner of your Bunk1 app.
Camp provides two Bunk Replies per week - one from your camper and one from your camper's counselor - free of charge. While the app has an option to add additional Bunk Replies when sending a Bunk Note, Camp will not deliver these to your camper. Please do not add this option to your Bunk Notes.
Your Bunk1 account has already been set up. Camp will send you an email with specific instructions about 2 - 3 weeks before your camper's session.
Follow these steps to gain access:
- Download the app from the iTunes Store or Google Play.
- Use the email Camp has on file (where you receive the Parent Post).
- Follow the instructions to reset your password or visit this link.
Bunk1 accounts will be set up by Sea Gull and Seafarer late this spring.
Once Camp notifies you that your account is set up, make sure you are using the email address where you receive the monthly Parent Post and reset your password. If neither is working, please contact the office (252-249-1212) for assistance.
If you had a Bunk1 account in previous summers, you can use the same email and password to sign in again. You will see a 2024 Camp Sea Gull and Camp Seafarer toggle. You can switch back and forth from 2024 to previous summers. You will still have access to the previous summer's Bunk Notes and photos.
Bunk1 accounts for 2025 summer sessions will be set up late spring.
If you have previously had a Bunk1 account the same login information should work. If you are new to Sea Gull and Seafarer, please use the email address where you receive your Parent Post to change the password after your account is set up by Camp late spring. If you are still unable to log in, please contact the Camp office.
